Berg Fashion Library and Encyclopedia Win Dartmouth Medal!!
Berg is delighted to announce that theEncyclopedia of World Dress and Fashion and Berg Fashion Library have won the 2011 Dartmouth Medal and the ALA Outstanding Reference Source. The awards were given to both print and online.
The Dartmouth Award, established in 1974, honors the creation of a reference work of outstanding quality and significance. The Reference and User Services Association (RUSA) selected them for their "extensive and outstanding multidisciplinary coverage of dress, fashion and its impact on society".

Library Journal praises Encyclopedia as "Magnificent"
The Berg Encyclopedia of World Dress and Fashion received a stunning starred review from Library Journal:
