A subscription to Berg Fashion Library includes an invaluable Museum Directory, which provides listings of dress collections in museums around the world. It details the number of items in the museum's collections, sample images, contact details, and where to go for more information. It also lists their particular strengths and specialities (for example women's or men's dress, or dress in a particular historical period or region) and holdings (kimonos, jewellery, fans, drawings, written materials and so on).
