Berg Privacy Statement
Berg Publishers (“Berg”) is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to the Berg Fashion Library and Berg websites and governs data collection and usage.
Berg Fashion Library was built by and is maintained by Berg. Oxford University Press is solely the distributor of the site. Collection of your Personal Information
Berg collects personally identifiable information, such as your email address, name, home or work address or telephone number. This information is used by Berg for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Berg website and Berg Fashion Library.

Berg collects and uses your personal information to operate the Berg website and Berg Fashion Library website and deliver the services you have requested. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, we are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website, and in the material published on it. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “material” means material including, without limitation, text, graphics, images, video and sound material. Those works are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may download and print extracts from material on the Website for your own personal and non-commercial use only. You must not download or print the material or extracts from it in a systematic or regular manner or otherwise so as to create a database in electronic or paper format comprising all or part of the material appearing on the Website. You may not distribute, transmit or disseminate any part of the material on the Website without our prior permission.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Berg Publishers (“Berg”) operates a ‘take-down’ policy and reserves the right at any time to withdraw from the Licensed Works any item or part of an item that Berg no longer retains the right to publish. If Berg determines that any material may be defamatory, obscene, unlawful, a violation of copyright or otherwise objectionable, Berg reserves the right to withdraw such material from the Licensed Works, or cease to provide online hosting services hereunder for any Licensed Work or part thereof.
Every attempt has been made to contact copyright holders of images produced in the Berg Fashion Library. If copyright holders have not been properly acknowledged please contact us. Berg will be happy to rectify the omission in future releases or to take down the image, as appropriate.
